This is the story of a Persian food lover with a real passion for cooking and enjoying the special moments.

Having grown up in a traditional Persian family I have developed a true love and passion for Persian food, and having lived in both Iran and Europe I have learnt to infuse tradition with the modern world.

Persian cuisine is all about transmitting your love through the colours, textures, flavours and aromas.

At Shirin Zamin (شیرین زمین, "Sweet Earth") we aim to provide according to the fruits of the season using our fresh, homegrown ingredients, and we hope to expand on our cultivation in the coming years.
